At AquaCheck, we proudly offer several great memberships to better serve our customers. The primary purpose of these plans is to ensure that your equipment is always working as it should, while removing the hassle out of ownership.
Even if we didn’t install your water softener/ filtration system, we can help. We offer three different plans, geared towards each customer’s unique needs.
Starting with our Basic Plan, we offer salt delivery and monitoring with our WiFi salt sensor that allows us to view your brine tank levels in real time. Also, included in this plan is a 10% discount on all of our services.
Next, our Premium Plan, includes everything from the Basic, but we’ve added the value of an annual comprehensive softener inspection, where we will deep dive into the function of your system and ensure everything is operating how it was designed. We also perform an RO filter change if you have one and we agree to cover the labor on any softener maintenance media re-bedding).
Then we have our Platinum Plan, which includes the benefits of the Premium, plus any parts/ materials need to maintain your equipment. We also extend a LIFETIME warranty to qualified equipment.
